Digital-Media, LLC uses Computers and others equipments in digital conversion. Every effort is made in handling your film and audio tapes. Inherently, when working with old technologies, enforceable damage may occur in the conversion process. Conversely, the client may unknowingly be providing products already damaged beyond repairs.

The undersigned had been informed of and accepts the damage risks involved and will not hold

Digital-Media Studio responsible for any damages that may occur in the conversion process. Balance is due to be paid in full at time of work completion.
